J.F. Edwards Fields Request Form

One-week notification is required for rental of any district facility.

It is understood that charges may result for utilities, custodians, and or building rental. Please see District Board Policty 8:20. The renter shall provide to the District Unit Office a certificate of insurance of public liability, naming the district as certificate holder, in the amount of $1,000,000 and property damage in the amount of $500,000. Even if you have scheduled a facility/building in advance, a school district event/activity may take precendence over a non-district event.
